1- What is required at check-in?
Government issued picture identification, such as passport, driver's license, state/provincial or national identity card, military service card, etc. At the hostel's discretion, we may also accept valid, unexpired student id.

2- What time can I check-in?
Gothic Point Barcelona Hostel is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.Check out time is 11.00h. AM so your room may not be ready if the previous guest has not yet checked out. If necessary, you can leave your items in storage and check i later in the day.

3- How can I reserve a bed?
We need at least 48 ours notice for a reservation. In order to make the reservation, you need a valid VISA, Mastercard, Dinners or JCB card. Reservations are always recommended, especially during peak season (May - Oct) and major events. For more information see our reservation page.

4- Am I extra - charged for the reservation?
No, we will charge you the cost of the first night in order to guarantee the reservation, if you do not arrive or call to cancel you will loose this money. If you arrive as planned you will only have to pay the rest of your stay.

5- How much time am I given for a cancellation?
Cancellations require 48 hour notice. You will loose your first night payment if you do not arrive or call to cancel your reservation.

6- How many nights can I stay at the Hostel?
You can stay as many nights as you want.

7- Is linnen included?
We provide free of charge the pillow cover and the under-sheet. If you need any extra linnen you can ask at the Hospitality desk they will rent them to you.

8- Is breakfast included?
Yes we offer a continental buffet included in the price.

9- Do you have internet service?
Yes we have an internet room and you can use our computers free of charge.

10- What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11.00 AM.

11- Do you have parking?
No, but there is a garage next to the hostel.

12- How to get there?
All the information on how to get there is on the web-site.

13- Is there a cufew?
No, we do not have cufew. You can come and go as you please.

14- Do you provide any meals?
We provide a continental breakfast. We don't provide lunch nor dinner. There are plenty of nice bars and restaurants around.

15- Are the dormitory rooms single sex?
We have single sex rooms and coed rooms. We always try to accommodate single travellers in single sex rooms.If you are travelling with your partner we will give the same room.

16- What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and VISA or Master Cards. We do not accept traveller checks.

17- Do you have weekly rates?
No, we do not have any weekly or monthly rates.
